Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) under a contract to the RAND Corporation developed educational materials to assist in training front line staff in nursing homes and other long-term care facilities about detecting change in a resident's condition, communicating change in a resident's condition, and fall prevention and management.
